Abundance

The abundance we refer to at ColumbaLife has nothing to do with your salaries, bank account, or possessions. True abundance is naturally given and received by life. There is an infinite supply of everything that we need in life. Running water does not go stale, and a river must flow.
The oceans accumulate abundant water because it is in the lowest position. A person is trusted with abundant wealth because he or she brings enormous blessings to others. Those who are greedy and hoard things for themselves will only bring destruction to themselves. That does not flow with the Way will be rid of by nature as they have no purpose of existence.

The individuals, the sons, and daughters of God are blessed with unlimited creativity, power, and love, however, most of us are sleeping in a programmed, automated, mechanical, and uninspired condition. The ego is conditioned to believe that it is flawed, limited, unworthy, shameful, and powerless, that it is the victim of life, others, and the environment, and that it can not receive the abundant life God has provided to all.

Although the global financial system is biased, those who have the wisdom can take advantage of the biases, and use their God given gift to
acquire wealth for the benefit of all.

Being poor is a choice. Holding monetary wealth is not necessarily a blessing. Living simply in abundance is our goal. If you are given unlimited financial resources to bless this world, what will you do with it? The truth is that you do have unlimited financial resources, but you have to acquire wisdom to recognize it. We must ask ourselves:

• Am I qualified to be a steward of great wealth?
• Do I have the inner qualities of a healthy wealthy person that my life will not be ruined by the flood of money?
• What can I give to this world in my brief stay on earth with enormous gifts and powers?
• How can I serve the whole to fulfill the utmost desire of my life?
• What is my conclusion on my own life when I depart this world?
• Will I discipline myself and commit to my ultimate goal?

It was said to the older brother in the Bible by the father: “All I have is yours.” We know that we can trust our Father’s heart. Where is the lack then? What have we not understood, and what have we not done to receive all that has been bestowed on us?
